The room was gorgeous and had everything we wanted. There is Whirly Dome serving quick meals 20 mins walk from the hotel. Special note of thanks to maid. The pool is great👍

We had a view of Universal from our window and could see the 'Volcano' smoking. The pool is big, clean and not too full for the size of the hotel. The washing machine in the apartment was very pleasant and we always had enough washing powder available. . For the coffee machine there was new coffee powder every day.

The location
A lot of kids in the pool. I realized it's an ideal hotel for families with children. For lonely adults like us, it's not.

Excellent location, suitable space for families

Staff very friendly until we made it clear we did not want any info on time share. We were not in the main block so not a problem.

The pool area was fabulous. The activities for the kids were great too.
The room I had was to small. I don't know if all of the rooms were the same size, but my room was very small! When I see the word "suite", I automatically think of "space." I didn't like the fact that "all" the suites had twin beds in the second room. It's not ideal for two couples. Had I known that was the set-up in the entire Resort, I would not have booked there. Also, the Resort "Grill" had conflicting hours. The advertisement listed a different time from the actual hours. We expected to get a "quick bite" when we got back to the Resort, only to find out they were closed. When we called, we were told the Grill was suppose to be open, they don't know why it was closed. Nevertheless, we had to go back out to get something to eat.

Enjoyed our stay at Westgate Palace. Hotel was very clean, quite, and kitchen well equipped. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. We were lucky and had a nice view of the lake. We would definately stay there again.
There were only 3 of us so we had no problem. But there was only sitting for 3 people to watch tv. Six people could eat at the bar but only 3 could watch tv. Living room needs more seating. Kitchen could use some microvable dishes.
